Offering an enjoyable and indulgent hotel experience to both the business and leisure crowd, AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts’ newest hotel, Seda Manila Bay, reflects the vibe of the thriving and active South, with the hotel’s unique, modern, and airy design mimicking the carefree waters of the bay.
Just 15 minutes from the airport and right beside Ayala Mall, this 12th addition to Seda’s hotel roster welcomes guests with stylish interiors and design accents by Filipino artists, including Ann Pamintuan, Paco Guerrero, and Eddie Zobel, and an artwork by Ayala Corporation’s Chairman Emeritus Jaime Zobel de Ayala providing drama and sophistication to the Front Desk.
General Manager Jeffrey Enriquez says the hotel’s 350 guestrooms and suites cater to various preferences. “Deluxe Rooms are ideal for solo travel, comfortable for short-stay guests who come-and-go. Premier Rooms work well for couples who will enjoy the bathtub and dual vanity sinks,” he expounds.
Guests staying in Club Rooms and Club Suites will appreciate exclusive access to the Club Lounge and its additional amenities and services, including express check-in and check-out, complimentary buffet breakfast, all-day refreshments and cocktails, a private meeting room, an iMac station, and extra-personalized service from its own dedicated staff.
“We also have Family Rooms, which have a separate kids’ room furnished with a double-decker. And for a heightened home away from home feel, the Seda Suite offers the best option with a separate living and dining area and a kitchenette,” Enriquez continues.
Extraordinary leisure amenities keep guests engaged throughout their stay. Receiving raves is a sprawling water playground with pool fountains and other fun features, a children’s playroom with developmental toys and learning activities, and a Game Room with gaming consoles.
For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, the Seda Spa offers de-stressing massage treatments, while the gym features state-of-the-art fitness equipment for body conditioning. The hotel also has its own mini-golf area in the courtyard, providing a new and unique way for guests to enjoy memorable experiences during their hotel stay.
Enriquez mentions that the 350-seater Sampaguita Ballroom is fast becoming a popular venue for conventions and corporate events. “It can also be easily transformed into a dream venue for weddings and other special occasions,” he says, with a spacious pre-function area an added advantage. Small and medium-sized meeting and function rooms for 10-48 persons are also available.
For dining, guests can expect a diverse and flavorful dining experience at Misto, which serves a medley of international and local dishes. Up until April 28, 2024, is the “Weekend Lunch Buffet” at PhP 1,400 net and a 10+1 offer where the birthday celebrant can enjoy the buffet for free when dining with ten other full-paying adults during the celebrant’s birth month.
And what’s staying by the bay without witnessing its glorious sunset? Perfect spots from which to catch remarkable views are the Pool Bar, open on weekends, and the Straight Up rooftop bar, serving guests from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM daily. Straight Up offers a multitude of eclectic beverages and sumptuous chow, which diners can savor in an “al fresco” setting or at the main lounge indoors.
Seda Manila Bay offers a new, romantic venue for celebrating Valentine’s Day at either Misto or Straight Up.
