After his enlistment in 2013, he starred in The Winter The Wind Blows as Oh Soo a man who meets a blind girl that makes him believe in love again. Who can forget Crash Landing On You’s Ri Jeong-hyuck? But before he played the role of the handsome North Korean captain, he starred in My Name Is Kim Sam Soon as Hyun Jin-heon, the owner of Bon Appetit restaurant who has to arrange a fake relationship with Kim Sam Soon, a pastry chef at his restaurant. Today, he is still one of the most successful South Korean actors. After starring in Crash Landing On You he is set to play another major role for a South Korean movie.
