Another day, another celebrity is exposed for their alleged misdoings in the past. This time, it’s Wednesday breakout star Percy Hynes White who played tortured artist Xavier Thorpe. Hynes, 21, is being attacked on social media with multiple sexual assault allegations from alleged victims. Here’s what’s happening.

On January 19, Twitter user @milkievich posted a thread about how White and his group of friends are known for “being predators, since they were 15, and trying to manipulate girls into f**king them or giving them nudes.”

In the screenshots @milkievich provided, she went on to say that when White got older things allegedly got worse.

“He started throwing parties at his basement, planning with his friends to explicitly invite women they thought were so hot so they could get them drunk and high enough to have sex with them and lie about being high and drunk as well,” she added.

According to the message, @milkievich claimed that White would date minors, assault them, and simply laugh at rape allegations against him.

The original tweet has garnered 40.3k likes on Twitter as of writing. Shortly after it went viral, women came forward with similar tales claiming White sexually harassed them or enabled harassment.

“He let me get raped in his basement, and when he called me about it he was most worried about the police and not if I was okay. Then he continued to let a rapist live at his mother’s,” said one victim.

“Knowing what he’s done to me & other women is disgusting,” said another.

After the tweets and accusations went viral, White’s name trended online with #CancelPercy. And as if the horrors never end, aside from sexual assault allegations, there were also tweets exposing him of sending explicit photos to minors.

Has Percy Hynes White spoken about it?

As of writing, White hasn’t issued any statement to either confirm or deny the allegations. He has, however, disabled comments on his social media after a slew of comments from folks online who want him to own up to his alleged wrongdoings.

PSA to everyone: Jenna Ortega is not Percy Hynes White’s agent or mom or keeper. She is just a co-worker and obviously has no responsibility whatsoever over White’s actions. Ortega’s fans lash back at people on social media who are putting pressure on the 20-year-old to speak up.

“Percy was just exposed as a r*pist and you’re asking Jenna to speak up before he even has. Wanting her to take responsibility for men’s actions, not even concerned about her safety is disgusting,” said one viral tweet.

“Jenna Ortega doesn’t have to speak on a rapist’s behalf. She has absolutely nothing to do with this but it sure is easier to put the blame on a woman instead of directly asking Percy Hynes White about it,” said another.

Fans also pointed out that Ortega should be kept safe from White, citing a questionable video of them at a recent awards show:

It does not come as a surprise that fans of the Netflix show want him gone. The creators of the series have yet to speak up about the matter but fans have already decided he shouldn’t be part of Wednesday Season 2.

“They can literally recast him with a random white boy from the street and we wouldn’t notice,” one Twitter user offered, if the casting directors were having trouble.

Another appealed to Netflix to protect their female actors: “Hey Netflix, Percy Hynes White needs to be removed from the cast of Wednesday right now. Rapists don’t deserve to be in the spotlight. You need to protect your female actors, as well as all the young girls who are now looking up to a sexual predator. Do something about that.”
