For many Filipinos, the beep Card is their fuss-free cashless payment method for their daily commute. Whether you’re going to work or school via the P2P buses, metro trains, or EDSA carousel, it’s the essential loadable card you can easily tap and reload. While there’s a standard design you can use across public transportation methods, beep card releases commemorative designs from time to time that collectors can’t resist. Case in point, the newly released commemorative designs by the Supreme Court. Here’s how you can snag one before they run out.
The highest judicial body in the Philippines is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, and as part of this milestone, the Supreme Court partnered with Mr. Rancho Arcilla of the Office of the Spokesperson to create a commemorative beep card design.

The digital artwork “SC Padre Fauna” showcases the Supreme Court’s facade in Padre Fauna, Ermita, Manila, from the vantage point of the LRT-1. An alternative design was created for each metro train line.

The new commemorative cards are now available for purchase at the Supreme Court’s Gift Shop located at the SC Main Building in Manila for PHP 167 each, until supplies last. But if you want to score it for free, they’re also available at LRT-1 Dr. Santos Station until supplies last.
For more information and updates, follow the Supreme Court on Facebook.
