In what could be described as the first celebrity heartbreak of the year, Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler have reportedly split up after dating for 9 years. Understandably, the entire population of the internet, mainly Twitter, was visibly distressed.

But while “Vanessa Hudgens” and “Austin Butler” were both trending nationwide, there’s another name that everyone couldn’t stop mentioning — Zac Efron.
Who could forget that Vanessa and Zac were High School Musical co-stars and had, at one point, dated? Dubbed fondly by everyone as ‘Zanessa,’ the couple were in a relationship from 2005 to 2010. When they broke up, Disney kids and HSM junkies mourned for years. As we understand it, everyone is still mourning until now but there’s a new realization: they are now both single at the same time.
