A few weeks from now we will ring in the New Year! But before we say goodbye to 2019, let’s bring back the memes that made us laugh out loud. Bringing back memes of a rich girl going places, a woman bickering with a cat, a guy ready to explode, and many more posts that made our stomachs ache because of laughing too hard. Here are 8 memes that made us happy this 2019:
The meme from the hit afternoon drama literally had us going to places. It all started when the show aired a teaser that featured Daniella Mondragon in a red dress pushing her red suitcase down a busy street. As serious as the scene was, netizens were quick to make hilarious edits out of it. And until the end of 2019, we still have no idea where Dani girl was going.
The viral meme that all started because of a heated exchange on a variety show is truly one of the most memorable memes of 2019. Expect to still see this meme on your timelines next year as the Cat vs Woman Meme is here to stay.

Thanks to smartphones, maps are considered so yesterday! But thanks to this meme, we appreciated the importance of maps, or at least the many ways Metro Manila can be divided on maps. This meme made use of the differences each city of Metro Manila has, and to be honest, most of them are true (especially in terms of class suspensions).
The moral lesson of this meme is: NEVER ASK TWICE! As celebrities grew tired of being asked the same question over and over again. So next time be careful cause they might shoot….
This year we said goodbye to Netflix and chill and hello to Tulfo and chill! All because we are all strangely addicted to watching Raffy Tulfo’s Wanted Sa Radyo. Multiple memes, video edits, and even merchandise circulated online. This is another meme that we’re sure won’t die down this 2020.

Here’s another viral meme from a local TV show, but this time it’s because of 9-year old Marjorie. This all started when a video of her dubbing one of the famous scenes from Kadenang Ginto made rounds online and she became an overnight sensation.

This year, the internet was full of “Di mo kami maloloko” posts. From local to foreign celebrities, it was clear that some celebrities were indeed switched at birth, while some are all for laughs.
