Her nickname is Holly

It seems the nickname comes from her name when written in English format: Ho-jung Lee, with the second syllable of her first name removed. She uses it as her username and display name in her social media accounts, including Instagram.

She likes taking film photos

Ho-jung likes it so much that she even created a separate Instagram account called @hollys_film dedicated to her film photos. She has been posting all the way back since December 2015. Unfortunately, it seems her schedule got busier since she hasn’t updated since 2019.

She’s a fur parent

Ho-jung is the proud hooman of a border collie named Oscar. She dotes on Oscar so much that the dog also got their own Instagram account called @ohmyscar.

She began her career as a model at age 16

In 2012, Ho-jung debuted as a model under YG Family (the same company managing actress-model Lee Sung-kyung!). She is described to have a “unique mask” that goes perfectly with her strut full of confidence. Ho-jung cites Korean supermodel Jang Yoon-ju as one of her idols and also the one who inspired her to be a model.

Her first project was in 2016

She debuted as an actress in the drama White Nights. Ho-jung also appeared in Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, albeit briefly, as IU’s character’s friend in the present day (yes, that’s Holly!). Her first film was Midnight Runners led by Park Seo-joon and Kang Ha-neul.

While she hasn’t had a lot of projects, her performance as Yoon Sol definitely showed her prowess as an actress. You can watch out for her next project called Injil or Hostage: Missing Celebrity, where she plays a character named Saet-byeol, one of the hostage-takers.

Aside from performing well as Yoon Sol, Ho-jung even got to put more of her own twist to the character by dressing Yoon Sol! She’s the one behind the styling choices of her character, and we can clearly see that she’s gifted at it. Yoon Sol’s effortless chic style is def #goals after all!

She’s a certified content creator

Aside from her numerous Instagram accounts, Ho-jung also manages a vlog on Youtube called HOLLYDAY and a Tiktok account @holly_608. Her vlog and Tiktok haven’t been updated for nearly a year (probably due to schedule constraints), but we’re hoping to see more behind-the-scenes of her life in the future.
