Everyone is probably still talking about the newly released film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) — namely, Thor: Love and Thunder — but there is something equally as exciting coming to one of your favorite streaming platforms. Spider-Man: No Way Home is swinging into Netflix starting this July.

‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ on Netflix

You can finally and legally enjoy Spider-Man: No Way Home in the comforts of your home. The fourth highest-grossing movie of all time is available on Netflix starting July 13.

The movie follows Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and the reveal of his identity as the friendly neighborhood superhero Spider-Man, who appeared not-so-friendly after the illusionist villain Mysterio accused him of being a murderer. Trying to deal with the chaotic aftermath of this revelation, Peter approaches Doctor Strange to get the world to forget his identity — except things quickly go awry. Watch it soon on Netflix.

Other MCU films

Being a production under both Sony and Disney, the Tom Holland-led film series is unlike other MCU films, which are only released on Disney+ after its theatrical release.

Like No Way Home, the first Tom Holland film Spider-Man: Homecoming (co-starring Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man) is also currently available on Netflix, and you can watch it here.

However, it is only these two Marvel Studios-produced properties that are available outside of the exclusive streaming platform Disney+. Surprisingly, the sequel Far From Home is not available on Netflix.

Unfortunately, Disney+ has yet to offer its services in the Philippines, despite neighboring countries like Singapore and Indonesia already enjoying the streaming platform since last year.

Other Spider-Man films

Aside from the Tom Holland-led films, the other Spider-Man properties under Sony are also available on Netflix. After seeing No Way Home, you can catch Andrew Garfield in The Amazing Spider-Man duology and Tobey Maguire in the first ever Spider-Man film released in 2002 (twenty years ago!). You can also watch Tom Hardy in the sequel film Venom: Let There Be Carnage, which hints at a possible clash between Hardy’s Venom and Holland’s Spider-Man.
