Who says you can’t serve looks while breaking a sweat? Running isn’t just about chasing personal records anymore. It’s also become a way to express your personal style, build confidence, and find a community that shares your passion. Nike After Dark Tour in Manila is taking that idea quite literally.
On October 21, Nike The Fort transformed into a runway as over 400 Filipina runners gathered for the launch of the Nike After Dark Tour (ADT) Collection. The event brought together fashion, fitness, and community through a runway show featuring athletes and running personalities. The 3-kilometer community run even served as a training session for the big day.
With Nike After Dark Tour Manila less than a month away (mark your calendars for November 21!), the event also gave runners a little inspiration for putting together their race-day outfits.
Forget the usual fashion show. Nike’s After Dark Tour runway put running gear in the spotlight. After all, performance wear can be just as stylish as your everyday outfits.
Styled by Filipina stylist Lyn Alumno, the show featured 14 models, including familiar faces from the local sports and running communities. Among them were volleyball star Alyssa Valdez, taekwondo athlete Pauline Lopez, triathlete Kim Mangrobang, yoga instructor Joanne Villablanca-Veridiano, and Just Show Up Club founder Ashley Cayuca.
The looks were anything but ordinary. Some went all out in head-to-toe hyper pink, while others experimented with layering and mixing pieces for a more laid-back, post-run look.
For Alumno, the idea was to encourage women to embrace their individuality without sacrificing comfort. “My creative vision was centered on identity and on women, because this is a safe space for women like us. The clothes have to adapt to you, the movement has to go with you, and not the other way around,” she shared.
Lopez also reflected on how running fashion has evolved: “Before I thought that when I was running, I wasn’t allowed to be all [about] fashion. But now, it’s a fashion statement — you just show up and be yourself!”

If a cute new outfit motivates you to work out, Nike’s After Dark Tour Collection might be right up your alley. The collection pairs performance-ready pieces with lifestyle-inspired designs runners can wear on and off the racecourse.
Its standout color is an electrifying hyper pink, complemented by black, grey, and white options for those who prefer more understated looks. The collection includes matching sets, bold color combinations, and mix-and-match pieces to reflect your personal style.
The lineup includes shorts, tights, sports bras, cropped tops, tees, sleeveless tops, rugby-style pullovers, and hoodies. The pieces also feature ADT graphics inspired by the cities participating in the global tour.
Of course, the running shoes are part of the look, too. Nike’s road-running lineup includes the Alphafly 4, Pegasus Plus 2, Pegasus 42, and Zoom Fly 6 in ADT-specific colorways.

But while looking good is part of the fun, comfort should still come first, especially if you’re preparing for a race. During a post-show conversation with Alumno, Cayuca, and host-creator Silvana Rauch, Nike Run Coach Ra Teano shared an important reminder for runners: don’t experiment with something completely new on race day.
“We have four weeks to go, so I would recommend trying out different pieces to form your race day fit! This is your opportunity, so try them on as early as now. Find something comfortable. Find something fun that’s going to help inspire and motivate you,” Teano advised.

Nike After Dark Tour Manila takes place on November 21, 2026, with an evening route along Roxas Boulevard that passes landmarks such as the National Museum, Jones Bridge, and Intramuros before finishing at the Quirino Grandstand.
While race slots are already sold out, you can still join the excitement by cheering for runners along the route. Those interested in joining Nike’s running community can also sign up for Nike Run Club and download the app.
Meanwhile, the Nike After Dark Tour Collection is now available at select Nike stores, including Nike Fort, Nike Trinoma, Nike Glorietta 4, and Nike Mall of Asia. You can also shop the collection through Nike.com and the Nike App.
